Product Introduction
Linear Motion Bearings are recirculating ball bearings for linear movement along cylindrical shafts. The range covers LM and LME configurations, including LM8UU, LM10UU-AJ and LM10UU-OP. Standard construction uses chrome steel, with P0, P6, P5, P4 and P2 precision grades available. Closed UU configurations use seals at both ends to retain lubricant and help limit contaminant entry during reciprocating movement.
Key Features
Recirculating Ball Contact
Multiple ball circuits distribute contact along the shaft and raceways, supporting repeated linear travel with rolling contact rather than sliding contact.
Chrome Steel Construction
Chrome steel is used for standard bearing components where hardened rolling surfaces are required for repeated contact between balls and raceways.
Precision Grade Options
P0, P6, P5, P4 and P2 grades are available for different dimensional and running requirements. The selected grade should correspond with the shaft, housing and equipment accuracy.
Sealed UU Configuration
UU bearings have seals at both ends. The closed structure helps retain factory-applied grease and reduces the entry of dust and other external contaminants.
Series & Model Range
LM Series
LM series bearings use metric dimensions and include configurations such as LM8UU. Model selection is based on shaft diameter, outer diameter, length, clearance and housing dimensions.
LME Series
LME series bearings use a different dimensional configuration from the LM series. The correct model should be selected from the dimensional table and matched with the specified shaft and housing fit.
Available Configurations
The current range includes LM..UU, LM8UU, LM10UU-AJ and LM10UU-OP. Open and application-specific configurations can be reviewed according to the required installation structure.

Precision Machining
Bearing components are machined to control bore, outside diameter and other dimensional features required by the selected model.
Heat Treatment
Selected steel components undergo controlled heat treatment to obtain the required hardness for rolling-contact surfaces.
Grinding
Critical raceway and dimensional surfaces are precision ground to control geometry, size and running characteristics.
Assembly
Balls, retainers and seals are assembled according to the specified configuration, followed by lubrication and final inspection.
Quality Control & Testing
Dimensional Inspection
Bore diameter, outside diameter, length and other critical dimensions are checked against the applicable product specification.
Clearance Inspection
Radial clearance is checked to control the relationship between the bearing and shaft after installation.
Hardness Inspection
Heat-treated components are inspected for hardness to verify the required material condition.
Running Inspection
Finished bearings are checked for smooth linear movement, abnormal noise and irregular resistance before packing.
Quality Documentation
The quality system includes ISO9001 and IATF16949. Product-related compliance documentation including CE, RoHS and MSDS can be provided according to the applicable product and order requirements.
