Products Feature

Integrated with seat and compact design: Compared to the conventional series, the seat body of UCPA204 is narrower, which helps mechanical equipment achieve a more compact structural design. The bearing seat and bearing are integrated, and they can be directly fixed on the equipment through the threaded holes during installation.

Self-aligning capability: The outer ring of the bearing is spherical, and the bearing housing is an inverted spherical surface. This structure can automatically compensate for the axial misalignment error caused by shaft bending or installation errors, reducing installation deviations.

Excellent sealing and lubrication: Double-sided sealing protection. This design can prevent harsh environments with dust concentration of ≤ 100mg/m³. A built-in stamped steel dust-proof cover is included. These bearings have been pre-filled with lubricating grease during production. It is recommended to replenish the grease through the oil port every 500 hours.
