There is no rule in the national standard that any single section size is qualified in the tolerance field, so it is formed The straightness of the outer cone surface is not strictly controlled, especially when the outer cone surface is cut and ground. The roughness of the blank itself is not good, the grinding wheel is not well corrected, and the straightness of the surface is very poor. Ordinary enterprises do not have profilometer inspection, so this The project has a big problem in the products of the adapter sleeve industry in my country, which seriously affects the matching accuracy and the stability of the matching, and the bearing function is also poor.
4. The thread locking function of the adapter sleeve. The matching bearing is to move the end surface of the bearing inner sleeve axially through the rotation of the lock nut, so that the adapter sleeve and the inner taper of the bearing inner hole are tightened to achieve the purpose of fixing the bearing on the rotating shaft. Therefore, the thread of the bearing nut and the tightening bush must be well matched, and it must meet the national standard requirements of ordinary threads.
