1. Complete Unit with Pillow Block
This is a ready-to-install bearing unit. It combines a bearing with a cast iron pillow block base. This design allows for direct mounting using bolts onto machine frames or walls.

2. Self-Aligning Capability
The bearing has a spherical outer surface. This fits into a matching spherical inner surface of the housing. This lets the bearing adjust its angle to correct for shaft misalignment or mounting errors.

3. Set Screw Locking & Sealing
The inner ring uses set screws to lock directly onto the shaft. It includes sealed rubber seals on both sides. These seals effectively keep out dirt and retain the factory-filled grease inside.

4. Cast Iron Housing & Load Capacity
The housing is made from cast iron for strength. The bearing itself uses steel balls and a hardened steel inner ring. This construction enables the unit to handle moderate radial loads and some axial loads.
