POM is a linear polymer with no side chain, high density and high crystallinity, which has excellent comprehensive properties. POM is a kind of hard and dense material with smooth and glossy surface, and it is light yellow or white, which can be used for a long time in the temperature range of - 40 - 100 ° C. Its wear resistance and self-lubricating property are superior to most engineering plastics, and it also has good oil and peroxide resistance. Very resistant to acid, alkali and ultraviolet radiation.

The tensile strength of POM is 70MPa, the water absorption is small, the size is stable, and the luster is good. These properties are better than nylon. POM is a highly crystalline resin, which is the toughest among the thermoplastic resins. It has high thermal strength, bending strength, fatigue resistance, excellent wear resistance and electrical properties.
