Absolutely. Our plastic pulleys are made from high-strength engineering plastic, not cheap recycled material. They're tough, wear-resistant, and specially designed for daily repeated sliding and lifting work. They hold up regular door weight perfectly and won't crack or deform easily under normal working load.

2. Do these plastic pulleys come with bearings pre-installed?

Yes, all our plastic pulleys already come with original high-quality ball bearings pre-pressed inside. No extra assembly needed. You get the pulley ready to use right out of the box, smooth rolling from the first installation.

3. Will the plastic pulley rust like metal rollers?

Each pulley is built for standard residential and light industrial door use. For normal household garage doors and sliding gates, the load is totally within the safe range. The actual working load is way lower than the maximum bearing capacity, so they last for years without quick wear.

We have all common standard sizes in stock for fast shipment. For custom sizes or special colors, we can arrange mold production based on your order quantity. Just send us your required size drawings, and we'll quote accordingly.

7. Are your plastic pulleys suitable for high-speed use?

They work great for normal daily opening and closing speed, which fits most garage doors, sliding gates, and conveyor equipment. They are not suggested for extreme high-speed professional machinery, but perfect for regular daily and light industrial applications.

8. How about the quality and service life?

We only use new raw plastic material and qualified steel bearings inside. No inferior recycled materials. Under normal use, these pulleys have long service life, stable performance, and very low failure rate. Most customers use them for years without replacement.
